Refund Policy

Because each report is prepared personally and specifically for you, orders cannot be refunded once report preparation has begun. If your payment succeeded but no report was delivered due to a technical issue on our side, you are entitled to a full refund — simply contact us with your order number and we will make it right within 5–7 working days.
